Restaurant: Amplifier Restaurant (積福街)
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友住喺大圍， 佢好中意食西餐，今晚同佢補祝生日佢就揀咗呢間餐廳， 話呢度有氣氛同埋幾好食😂我哋叫咗個雞胸藜麥沙律，蒜蓉包， 大蝦寬條麵配羅勒醬同豬肋骨配薯條， 所有嘢食都好短時間就上左😀岩晒，因為我好鬼餓🙈沙律係朋友食嘅😅 佢話啲菜好新鮮爽口，雞胸亦都唔鞋， 個汁酸酸咪咪幾好食～蒜蓉包叫做Amplifier蒜蓉包，應該係自家特式食品所以用左自己餐廳名😂 因為佢嘅蒜蓉包比較特別， 側邊脆中間係比較creamy同埋好重牛油味，有別於市面成個都偏硬同脆卜卜， 有特色得黎幾好食😁大蝦寬條麵配羅勒醬就冇一般白汁同番茄汁咁悶， 油份較多少少，而個羅勒醬好似有少少牛油果味，蝦好大隻同好爽👍個豬肋骨都幾大份， 啲肉都好容易切開， 而個薯條炸得勁脆好好食😮😮又唔會太油👏最初諗住呢啲酒吧嘅西餐食物都應該一般，食嘅係氣氛同埋至在同班朋友一齊飮酒吹水，估佢唔到又幾好食，令我大跌眼鏡😮😮🙈🙈 另外仲見到餐廳有提供俾小朋友嘅餐具，係好可愛嘅米奇老鼠碟同埋都叉羹，簡直係老少咸宜嘅酒吧式西餐廳😂
