朋友生日同佢食鐵阪燒，大家都係港島返工，所以揀左係銅鑼灣既呢間🙆🏻‍♀️呢間都係可以邊食邊睇大廚係鐵阪煮野食，同埋食材都會比我地睇下先下廚，確保新鮮😎我地點左極上和牛套餐，有牛又有海鮮，幾豐富😋首先有柚子蝦沙律做開胃前菜，蝦肉新鮮又彈牙，搭配清新嘅柚子，酸酸甜甜，口感一流。另外，鐵板燒南非孔雀鮑魚，肉質厚實，肝味濃郁，真係好正！配上特製海苔醬，鮮味更加提升，味道幾夾，食完真係令人唔想停口，感受到海鮮嘅極致享受，超級推介！重有鐵板牛舌芯配牛油炒雜菜，呢道菜用嘅牛舌又厚又爽口，肉味香濃但唔油膩。配上牛油炒雜菜，口感更加豐富🙆🏻‍♀️昆布蜆湯都好鮮甜，一啖就解去所有油膩感，真係好適合開胃。蜆肉滑嫩，昆布嘅鮮香提升咗整體風味，讓你感受到自然嘅純粹，真係好味道😎鐵阪燒最後既主食係海膽海鮮炒飯，炒得好香，配料都好多，即刻已經好飽都食得曬一碗飯😛
