To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

假期,三五好友也想著一起吃頓異國料理,有特色但也希望保留一些中餐的氛圍。於是就選了這裡,這裏很多菜都看似日常,但是卻很少涉獵。來了很多次,每次都沒有踩雷,次次必點肉骨茶、老鼠粉、咖央、凍的檸檬薏米水。先說肉骨茶,不得不承認,湯是真的好喝,看著顏色很重,其實喝起來很清潤,冬天來上一碗,別提多舒服。再來是老鼠粉,其實就是我們常說的銀針粉,每個地方叫法不同。老鼠裡面有一些魚干、豬油渣、花生碎,還有一顆雞蛋,趁鍋熱辣辣的時候攪拌在一起,特別惹味!這次人少沒有點,不過很推薦~咖央兩面烘得酥脆,內裏的咖央醬甜甜的,很可口。凍的檸檬薏米水,我的最愛,特別清爽解膩,每次都會點!推推推~(朋友的奶茶也還行,有點甜)
