To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🏮 #九龍灣 #Hidden和洋食屋早前同朋友聚舊，去咗九龍灣嘅「Hidden和洋食屋」🥰 呢度食物選擇都幾多，價獎都唔貴😋 仲有遊戲機、boardgames、飛標任玩😍 枱櫈都好大好舒適，一大班人玩桌上遊戲，坐足一晚都可以☺️🐥🍲 日本元氣雞肉壽喜燒（$108）🍜 升級套餐（+$35/飯，+$40/烏冬）呢度嘅壽喜燒好大份好抵食！壽喜燒嘅材料有雞肉🐥、幾種蔬菜🥬、菇🍄、豆腐🧈、蘿蔔🥕、大蔥等等，湯底香甜，又唔會太重口味😋 我哋揀咗烏冬，冇得好似飯咁任食，但有兩底都好正😛 用呢個壽喜燒湯底，配埋日本生雞蛋食好好味😆 跟餐仲有味噌蜆湯🍲、和風柚子醋沙律🥗、飲品🍵添！🐣🍗 芝麻雞翼（追加 +$28）叫壽喜燒或燒肉仲可以用優惠啲嘅價錢追加小食，我哋揀咗芝麻雞翼，好香口🥰🐠🍚 炭烤原條鰻魚蛋包飯（$128）鰻魚蛋包飯又係超級大份！個汁調得幾啱我哋心水，又係調味適中，唔會太鹹太甜😚👍🏻 鰻魚超大條，啖啖肉，滑蛋又夠香，滿意！
