To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和行山朋友想約一個地方聊聊天!其中一位朋友説想來這間餐廳很久,又怕星期日晚上會有很多人,所以提早預約了餐廳。這間餐廳有3間分店,星期日晚上不算很多人,當然先預約就肯定最好!我們四個女孩子點了三個主食、兩個甜品、每人一杯飲品。主食:酥炸黑椒魷魚海鮮配千島醬準沒錯!黑椒配炸魷魚也很配~大蝦黑松露咸蛋黃薄餅薄餅是薄的那一種,配料蠻多的。黑松露的份量不少,咸蛋黃就有點吃不出來!不過整體是好吃的。馬德拉酒芝士牛肝菌意粉這個意粉很好吃,溶溶的芝士配意粉很creamy。推介!飲品:斑蘭椰子冰沙很重椰子味,反而斑蘭味不太出。朋友們點了cocktail ,感覺ok,下次來試試~甜品:椰皇雪芭配馬利布甜酒這個甜品是雪芭配椰果,整個椰皇原個上菜,吃完雪芭後,還可以慢慢挖椰子肉出來吃。雲呢拿梳乎厘這個甜品是即叫即做,所以要等一會才上菜!上菜時熱騰騰的,很香蛋香,不配醬汁也很好吃!
