好友敍舊,去咗工廠區搵食,响D2 Place頂樓。我哋先點咗清香柚子凍鮑魚同川味口水竹絲雞做頭盤,兩款都係冷盤,鮑魚煮得入味彈牙,配上柚子清香,第一次食到咁嘅配搭,感覺清新鮮味,醉雞食得多,但以竹絲雞做菜好特別,兩個頭盤食到胃口大開😋之後有八寳冬瓜盅,足料👍🏻,消暑暖胃☺️食到主菜,有京都骨、砵酒焗美國生蠔、燒汁慢煮美國牛肋骨、大肉蟹煲同黃金沙律汁蝦球。京都骨、砵酒焗生蠔同黃金沙律汁蝦球都酸酸甜甜,令人食慾大增,好味但唔算特別,而砵酒蓋過咗生蠔嘅味道,食唔到有蠔嘅鮮味有啲可惜😣。佢哋嘅慢煮牛肋骨同大肉蟹煲就真係非常出色👍🏻,牛肋骨骨肉分離,但肉質鮮嫩惹味,靚牛嘅味道真係唔同,鍾意食牛嘅朋友一定明白,而大肉蟹煲蟹肉肥美,薑蔥帶出鮮味😋,實在令人回味,但🦀價錢較貴😅。其實佢個黑松露和牛砂鍋飯都好好味,唔太油又夠黑松露味,加上粒粒和牛,香濃有口感,但係已經食得好飽啦😅最後以蛋白杏仁茶甜品作為終結,真係大滿足哦👍🏻😋
