To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日夜晚嚟到九龍灣工廈的西日餐廳，裝修帶點溫暖系宮崎駿風格，人少少咁好好坐。另外餐廳設有好多經典board game、街頭遊戲機同擲鏢，可以比成班人邊食邊玩。是晚點了豚肉壽喜燒🥘$108 另加套餐 +$35豚肉肉質幼嫩，壽喜燒鍋亦好足料，應有盡有。特別係有條巨大化蟹柳🤩湯底調味啱啱好，店員亦都好細心，見你食到差唔多就幫你添湯🥰另外+$5轉烏冬，十分match sukiyaki！跟餐蜆肉麵豉湯略為普通，蜆肉大隻但唔夠鮮甜，有啲失色。而沙律同熱薑茶就唔錯～牛舌燒肉套餐 $128 + $35燒牛舌相比豬冇咁出色，正常水準，但勝在有得自己燒🤣🤣總結，呢間係朋友聚腳不錯之選。雖然價格略高，但係值得嘅😋
