To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚一行八人叫咗片皮鴨,醉雞,肴肉,素鵝,清炒蝦仁,水煮魚,翡翠苗,韮菜旦餅,其中有二個病咗所以叫埋嫩鷄煨麵和三絲炒年糕!素鵝熏味濃,好吃醉雞味夠但不夠滑肴肉正常但切得薄食落好似冇咬過咁水煮魚,粉絲芽菜入味比魚更佳,夠麻夠辣清炒蝦仁,蝦都爽嘅片皮鴨,夠熱但鴨晤夠香皮唔脆,夾鴨的皮冇質感,失望最後叫埋紅棗糕,桂花糕同埋高力豆沙香蕉就完滿了信用卡七五折埋單人均$200有找,都算好抵食。集團出品,水準還是很穩定的

醉雞味夠但不夠滑
