To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫症左一大輪,最近終於可以出番黎搵d 好野食。台灣鹽酥雞便當剛剛炸好的鹽酥雞,鬆脆酥軟,肉質鮮嫩。加上些許調味香料,味道令人難以忘懷。台式滷雞扒便當大大塊雞扒加上味道濃郁的滷水汁,令人想大啖大啖咁咬落去。加上酸菜,粟米,滷水蛋的多重口感,每一啖都没有單調既感覺。炭焙烏龍茶因為驚太甜,只係叫左半糖。食完個便當,最需要就係有少少清新淡味既飲品。呢杯烏龍茶就剛好滿足到朕既需要。而家些許清涼既天氣,飲埋呢杯茶後感覺清爽。餐牌主力做好這幾款便當,保持水準。價錢上有點少貴但仍可接受。
