因疫情,久未外出,约友餐聚,友欲嚐滬菜,见海港城新店来嘗之。先入座,环境优雅,暗中带光。坐后先上茶和前菜,人参乌龙味清淡,前菜原为醉鸡,塊塊卖相如骨头,况且不好鸡,求转素后呈酱萝卜,味尚可。二人限聚点几款美食:小食四喜烤麸味如常用料足,烤麸冬菇黑木耳金针菜花生皆有。小菜有二,餐牌推介先为芙蓉三鲜沾醋嚐,虾仁带孑海参混蛋白,爱吃海产者合适。另点砂锅蟹粉竹笙豆腐,送来时阵阵腥味减食欲,添醋勉强吃过免浪费,用料虽足但味腥强,属下品,应避之。主食鲍片葱油拌面加煎葱油餅,前者面结纠廛缺葱,后者粉软欠脆。分量合二人,价钱收四人,性价比降。服务态度👍
