上海菜梗係要叫小籠包,不過真係第一次見用鐵板上,所以底層皮係脆皮的,有小小小籠包mix生煎包的感覺。但呢道鐵板上的小籠包真係唔叫會後悔,很喜歡底層脆脆的感覺,而且皮薄餡多,咬落去爆湯汁很juicy。
