周末要食好野,今晚去左尖沙咀諾士佛臺既一遊食日本野,非常期待!呢度似乎主打日式燒物,主餐牌有厚燒玉子,沙律,串燒,小食,刺身,壽司,飯,意粉,湯,飲品等等。第一次黎,叫左幾款小食,1款沙律同兩款時令菜式試吓。八爪魚沙律 $88 另加一八爪魚沙律賣相色彩繽紛。八爪魚一客六塊,好稔,上面灑上香醋汁,撈埋碎番茄,洋蔥同京蔥一齊食,好清新開胃。香炸芝士 $68 另加一香炸芝士一客四件,炸得外脆內煙韌,芝士鹹香,仲有少少香草喺入面,味道唔錯。蟹肉忌廉 $68 另加一蟹肉忌廉一客四件,炸得酥脆辣口,入面忌廉夠多,滑溜非常,仲有粒粒粟米粒。伴碟有新鮮沙律菜,加左少少果味沙律醬,仲有沙律醬伴碟。上湯揚豆腐 $45 另加一豆腐一大件,炸得外皮薄脆而入面滑溜,上面加左木魚碎同灑上蔥花,個汁似鰹魚汁,可以幫手降温。香菇煎比目魚 $150 另加一比目魚一大一細,煎到皮肉皆脆,好香口,個汁又甜甜哋,好正,係有骨啫。魚上面至少有三種菇同黃帝菜。呢款菜式係時令,唔喺主餐牌。雜錦壽司 $198 另加一呢款菜式都係時令。雜錦壽司六件,有赤身,柚子漬立魚,三文魚,白身魚,明太子赤目鯛,帶子。雖然非厚切,刺身都鮮甜好味,
