To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

即係眼見門口有位，但又好似無人，簡單問下點解唔安排人，自問態度都唔係好差嗯，個較肥中年男職員（唔係歧視，係怕冤枉左其他同事）問完其他人話：「人地三個人啊阿姐」態度差到。想同佢理論佢又走左去窩，咁有性格唔企係度繼續講？先生，就係唔知點解先問你，你自己唔知答案怪返個客人問問題？呢啲咁有才華既人做waiter係委屈左佢，難怪咁大脾氣。多得呢位好職員，即刻走，等完。講真經濟咁差，呢類型人但願佢係老闆啦吓，如果係職員，留係度真係祝福間餐廳。呢啲餐廳本身都唔會話特別好味到上天啦，都係平加新奇姐。咁有啲咁好員工，可能影響部分街坊生意囉。俾個100分。
