To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日(30-6-2024 Sun)晏晝,同老公落荃灣買餸前食個晏,但由於我消化不良,個肚有啲頂住頂住,所以都要輕食,天氣太熱,嚟到綠楊,老公話就喺呢喥搵嘢食唔行出去喇。呢喥有咩食?咪就係多數都係美心集團囉,我哋行去燒肉like睇,其實我都知燒肉like係美心集團,但都想試好耐,於是今次試下啦。lunch hour都重有位,唔使等,但店員都唔係那刻安排入座,都等咗2分鐘,入座時話一個鐘用還餐,同全部電子支付,唔收現金。我拎埋放喺門口嘅紙本menu入座,坐低後用QR code落單,我就選定Like套餐,老公話揀$172.00 250g嗰個,啊,其他咩嘢都唔加,只係白飯要大。佢就揀$48.00嘅超值套餐 呢喥有6種醬料同兩樽鹽供應。白飯只係暖暖地;和風湯就只係有海帶,但都幾鹹;沙律菜份量唔係好多,而醬汁唔係沙律醋,似係橄欖油。好喇,講返肉,老公嘅有豬五花腩,我哋第一個食,完全冇乜特別,食完後,老公話呢個得3片。吓?乜豬貴過牛咩?佢嘅牛係牛五花,我哋燒耐咗食就韌咗。然後我嘅牛舌,切到好薄同細件,大件啲切到吊吊揈lang住,味道就薄弱。樣地我都有牛五花,要燒到啱啱熟就夾起食,先至冇咁韌。最後橫隔膜肉,呢間厚身啲,要燒耐啲,牛味都唔係好濃。老公嘅大盛沙律呢?開頭我以為同我嗰份一樣,但佢嘅汁係黑色同好鹹,似豉油咁,我從未食過呢種鹹沙律。醬料方面,我多數用蒜味醬油,唔太鹹但有啲味。食完後都差唔多一個鐘,真係啱啱好。味道係2.5分環境:冷氣開得好夠,靠牆嘅位好闊落,但個爐都好細個,如果叫嘅份量多,一個鐘未必夠,就好似我哋舊年6月去葵芳燒肉一番咁(食評係2023年7月8日刊登嘅呢篇:https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/%E9%A3%9F%E5%BE%97%E5%A5%BD%E8%B6%95-e4887202)。服務:冇乜服務啦,只係帶位同送餐,水就自己斟,食完2走人,一聲多謝都冇,所以呢喥冇收加一。

位於荃灣地鐵上蓋,地點方便,不過好多人,要早少少去排隊。環境算ok,隨心試一吓日式燒肉的不錯選擇。“一人燒肉”店以為係一人一爐,原來太多數都係兩人一爐,見啲爐都冇特別會清洗,相信係每日收工後先會大洗一轉,呢方面有待改善。燒肉選料尚算新鮮,肉質同口感唔錯,佢哋自家調制嘅醬料,都幾好味。除咗燒肉,餐廳亦有壽司同刺身不同套餐,下次都可以試吓。整體來講,價格唔算貴,唔想屋企攪太多嘢,唔打算坐得耐,快食快閃,仍然值得烤肉愛好者一試。

我發現身邊9成朋友都係I (introvert) ,今次難得相約了一個E人(extrovert)朋友去迪士尼🤩玩完再去食燒肉!不過我作為一個得59% E的E人😂,鍾意同人交流之餘其實都好「獨」,比較喜歡自己食一個set,燒肉LIKE就好啱我 ,一人一個set,再交換肉share食,咁就好perfect! 「燒肉LIKE」全港第20 間分店最近喺新蒲崗 Mikilki 商場開幕,而今期全線分店都有【期間限定】「日本黑毛和牛前胸肉&牛板腱」套餐,配白飯、和風湯及泡菜或迷你沙律,只售$98(100g)/$158(200g)超抵食!😱日本黑毛和牛前胸肉質素都唔錯呀,脂肪同筋絡比例好,優惠做到13/8,我都想再去食一次!推介+$18 將套餐白飯轉木魚絲紫菜蛋飯,更好味!新品「雞軟骨配香辣粉」($22/50g) 都好惹味,香辣粉用嚟蘸其他肉都得,值得加購!另一個餐我地點咗「三部合奏」套餐 ($88/200g),估唔到咁平嘅價錢就可以點到有三款肉嘅燒肉套餐!包括豬五花腩、豬頸肉、雞腿肉,有飯有沙律/泡菜有湯,大滿足 。☕️津路烏龍茶($15)埋單每人$150,好抵食都好多人等位,快手食完再去下場就啱晒啦!

未幫襯過堂食,反而試咗外賣先😂APP寫住20分鐘等候時間,差唔多時間先去餐廳攞,都即刻拎到;一打開發現明顯係整好15分鐘以上,連飯/湯都唔熱😅泡菜又超少,得3小塊😃我揀咗3款,牛五花、牛板腱、牛舌各50g牛舌好硬🙂又剪到好細塊另外兩款都唔識分,不過幾好食嘅,軟身有牛味,點埋醬都好惹味,但係份量好少,食完都無飽嘅感覺🥲紫菜飯係食唔晒嘅,淨返少少,嗌咗300g有點多;紫菜甜甜地加埋飯一齊食OK湯好油,微暖白飯微暖貴+唔飽+微暖=無下次吖

同兩個朋友行旺角,到咗晏晝唔知食咩好, 其中一個朋友提議話去食一人燒肉, 佢話又平又抵食, 一行三人就走咗去食燒肉啦~入到去睇個餐牌,又真係幾平, 套餐包一碗飯、 一碗湯、 一個前菜同埋一碟肉, 最平嘅套餐都係四十令蚊~我哋叫咗一個200 g嘅牛五花套餐、 一個200 g嘅牛五花豬五花雙拼套餐、 一個牛小排牛板肩雙拼套餐, 另外仲追加左幾份肉同埋牛舌~佢哋嗰度啲肉可以揀鹽燒、 汁燒同埋蒜蓉, 即係啲肉食係用咩汁做醃料, 我哋叫既肉揀咗汁燒同鹽燒~雖然價錢唔貴但啲肉既質素一啲都唔差, 牛五花同豬五花就有啲似平時打邊爐嘅普通肥牛同豬腩片, 但唔知點解, 啲牛五花比起平時打邊爐嘅肥牛個質地軟身啲, 燒熟咗又唔會柴~牛板肩嘅肉味最濃郁, 但係肉質就比較實, 牛小排算係果到最貴既肉食之一, 質地有啲似肉眼, 脂肪分布好平均, 燒起嚟最有油香~牛舌我就覺得改得太薄, 食起上嚟冇乜口感, 佢哋本來仲有一款厚嘅牛舌,但係好似賣晒, 所以叫咗普通牛舌~另外佢跟嗰個湯係海帶湯, 清清地都幾好,可以解油膩~啱啱睇到舖頭裏邊有啲廣告寫星期一至五中午12點至三點白飯任裝, 五點至六點入座有七五折, 可惜今日去係四點幾, 兩個優惠都食唔到~
