To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 七個女仔一齊食晚餐,我們便去了稻香酒樓打邊爐,沒有叫很多東西,看上去選擇不算很多,價錢亦不算是平,服務員過來的時候,不停推介給我們點一些較貴的菜色,還跟我們說鴛鴦鍋底是不可以選擇其他味道,因為本身是清湯加沙嗲湯底,如果要加辣的話,便要再加100多元的雞煱才可以吃辣。食物尚算可以,衛生可以接受,只是服務態度不太好而已。比較喜歡他們的雜菜腩,選擇很多,另外雲吞也很好吃,反而覺得他們的肥牛沒有什麼味道,可能是急凍太久了吧。海鮮選擇不算很多,好像只有魷魚和不同類型的魚片吧。
