To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星洲一直都係我覺得大角嘴最好食嘅餐廳。海南雞飯、咖哩豬扒、叻沙，全部我都好鍾意食！但今次用餐體驗激到我第一次係Openrice寫差評。今次我又係食豬扒叻沙，佢哋嘅叻沙係米粉x油麵，而我唔係咁鍾意米粉，又特別鍾意食油麵，所以我每次都叫淨油麵。坐入面信號唔好，所以今次冇用QR code落單。我如常叫豬扒叻沙淨油麵，落單個姐姐仲要覆我「好」。黎到我就食個豆卜，再一撈，有米粉嘅，呢個唔係問題，本身好小事，換咗佢咪得囉。但跟住落嚟個姐姐嘅態度令我火冒三丈！個姐姐同廚房講：「喂，佢食完先至話要淨油麵」，跟住就咁行開咗，無視我？！今時今日咁嘅服務態度，我諗係人會發癲
