To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

服务态度有待提升

这里服务态度真的是。虽然整个香港的餐厅服务态度都一般，但这家店毕竟不是快餐厅。今天我是第一个到餐厅的。11:30刚开门就来了，就是惦记中午要吃一顿豚肉饭。但是门口接待的那个女服务员一直在电话上，而其他服务员就站在那里闲聊。到了门口也没人带去位子。我站在门口向其他服务员招手示意很多次，那些服务员就跟没看到一样。门口接待的女的放下电话也没啥好态度。为了他家的猪肉饭，我一直光顾这家店。但服务态度确实很一般
