To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

失望！去一次已夠，當日23/8 星期五生日飯，盈館滿坐，由19:30坐到21:05離場，不是我們4人吹水不走，係等上菜等到呆，白飯兩碗等了30mins，當然我有問服務員，有落單，等下la… 炸局魷魚酥、不好味又少，又唔係價錢平，鷄湯就尚好，但菜勁多油，唉19:45 order 牛肋條，呆等1差唔多1hrs 仍未有，已客氣問何時有，不如cancel. 明白你們滿坐人手少，但收銀員態度差，不批准cancel. 話就有等等吧！我哋生日蛋糕影相也是自己清理枱面，之後友人覺得他們太過份為什麼不準cancel ，再次同收銀說要cancel牛筋骨及埋單，今次令生日飯有污點⋯⋯⋯真係慘，友人仲話返家烹公仔麵.
