To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時我好少會寫食評，但今次實在忍唔住。今日適逢同屋企人入去嶺南樓食野，但碰上畢業禮，咁多人我都明白可能上餐都需時，但係等咗好耐入去坐低。落單之後個落單姐姐(長頭髮紮馬尾著西裝)比張單我哋，無啦啦多咗幾樣我哋冇叫既野食，出去同佢講返，佢仲要大聲靠夾惡兇返我哋，話點咗邊d野呀，我哋就講返我哋tick嗰d就係點既野，點知佢話改完之後仲係唔啱，我哋又要重新去搵佢講返，佢將張單掉返比我話改好，但其實仲係錯。不過都費事再去同佢講。最後，我哋等咗成個鐘先有野食，仲要係後尾有個姐姐入黎我哋追張單先話係前面搞錯咗，比咗我哋d野食後面既人。最後我哋諗住埋單嗰陣仲有個餐點未上，等極都未到，出去問前枱又話幫我哋跟跟，點之又係冇下文，又話廚房冇收到單。是次既體驗極差，服務態度十分差，並且野食都好一般，以後都唔會再去！！！
