To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 睇到朋友IG post,亦見頗多openrice好評(當然亦不少負評),加上被餐廳嘅裝潢吸引,所以過嚟一試。先唔講食物味道如何,未食第一度菜已經嘆咗好幾次氣。1)有之前食評(好幾個)話坐低咗之後就無人招待,全對!所有好醒咁自己走到櫃面點餐2)當時有另一客人正點緊菜,兩位侍應姐姐一個落緊單,令一個望住對方落單。呢個時候門鐘響咗兩次,望住人嗰個無意思去開門,仲叫對方快啲快啲,反而我提醒佢係咪應該開咗門先呢3)點咗兩個dinner set「木」同「豆」,先嚟兩份頭盤,一模一樣,當然係嚟錯咗啦4)再嚟木瓜排骨湯,凍嘅,仲要問我係唔係要換(滴汗)再講食物,還算不錯個人比較喜歡山菜同埋宮保皮蛋牛,好惹味其他菜色都為一般,都可值得一試當晚客人唔算多,大概三四成滿,不過兩個姐姐好似唔係好攪得掂,要多加改善
