銅鑼灣拉麵好多人都會諗一蘭味千,筆者都唔例外,但今次行完times square,就去左附近既金田家試下。一入到去侍應就叫我地坐低等等,好快會有枱。仲即刻拎menu俾我地,逐樣item介紹,拉麵既軟硬程度,要幾辣,多葱少葱定走葱都由我地話事,教埋我地點落單,所以入座一陣就有得食。至尊拉麵($98),加溏心蛋望落去感覺好舒服,可能因為食材分類得好明確,睇到都想食。呢度用豬骨黎整湯底,所以食落去好濃同好鮮甜,不過當然油分都相對地多啦,所以特別入味。拉麵口感要左普通,都唔錯,幾彈牙。叉燒就嫌佢偏薄,而且份量唔算多,加上其中有三分一係肥膏。雖然係好林好軟滑,但係就真係不敢恭維,所以食落肚既得好少,唔想加錢既情況下就唯有用佢啲配菜伴拉麵啦。溏心蛋($12),有驚喜。蛋白好彈好軟,咬落去咬唔穿個黃,再用條脷頂一頂啲蛋黃就慢慢咁流出黎,暖暖地好正,鍾意食蛋既可以試下。

望落去感覺好舒服,可能因為食材分類得好明確,睇到都想食。呢度用豬骨黎整湯底,所以食落去好濃同好鮮甜,不過當然油分都相對地多啦,所以特別入味。拉麵口感要左普通,都唔錯,幾彈牙。
