To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 而家疫情未能出外旅遊，但係Asia miles積分就到期，所以咪試吓換一餐飯滿足自己嘅食慾餐廳環境優雅舒適，而服務態度非常良好，縱然我哋諸多要求，服務員態度非常好，滿臉笑容😊，令我不能不卑足100分這個套餐頭盤係芒果龍蝦肉沙律，有啲Fusion 菜感覺，芒果鮮甜，龍蝦肉可口，開胃菜，不失水準花膠湯熱騰騰，入口暖心，冬天飲更一流果然名不虛傳，冬菇炆得好腍，有咬口，飽魚更加入味，質感非常好👍🏻，值得一讚釀蟹蓋味道偏淡，剛好對冲番上一道濃味嘅鮑魚，有層次感之後大家掛住食，都忘記影相，紅酒燴牛尾、金菇豚肉卷和大富大貴炒飯都食得腍腍脷這餐飯食得非常開心🥳
