To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次食呢間一杯,第一樣感受到店員服務好親切,佢哋都好主動介紹餐牌嘅內容,又會宣傳而家有啲乜嘢時令食品,當我地話需要考慮時,佢哋都冇催逼,感覺好舒服。嘢食方面,個鐵板和牛併鮑魚非常美味,和牛口感適中,另外有啲香脆碎粒,入口非常甘香,鮑魚亦都好新鮮爽口,唯一要扣少少分,就係個和牛唔係好夠熱。另外就係個豚肉蘆筍卷,燒得啱啱好,蘆筍唔會有渣,鮮嫩多汁👍🏼,其他嘢食都燒得適中,炒雜菜夠晒大碟😆整體來講,環境舒服,服務殷勤,食物美味,有機會都會再來幫襯👍🏼
