To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間餐廳! 由阿一哥帶領水準無得投訴. (1) 先講服務由開始定枱已經妤親切跟進客人所須. (2) 食物品質不愧為香港星級食府.•當晚的晚餐發生一個小插曲我哋叫 Set Dinner 當餸菜來到我一位朋友是不食牛肉的,不知在選擇是誰聽錯或説錯. 我們知會服務員她第一時間更換. 另至深感名不虛傳.
