To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間餐廳出名緊係個景喇！好好彩有窗邊位打卡，加分。講返食物，我地去食afternoon tea，鹹甜點夾埋有11款，基本上要唔食lunch同dinner先食得晒。第一層係鹹點，好好食！鍾意佢牛角包有鴛鴦味，變相食多一個味；酥皮盒入面係素豬肉加雜菇；蟹肉黑麥包三文治個餡根本就可以整大件版拎出嚟賣；最後食紫薯泡芙，就好似提你開始要進入甜點環節。第二層有朱古力蛋糕，好濃靚朱古力；食完黃色南瓜芝士蛋糕，其實都開始投降，有d飽。最底層有scones、同2款點品...好後悔只係食埋西梅乾鬆餅就停手，因為我只係食咗8款，就要朋友幫忙打包餘下4款...唯有等佢轉menu再去。
