To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日(10-6-2017 Sat)朝同老公落荃灣辦事,先食個早餐,原本想去大家樂,但人多又冇冷氣,於是轉地點,呢頭附近多數都係茶餐廳,行經呢喥,老公就話呢間,OK。我見到有半張卡位,我哋入到去,侍應俾兩張圓枱我哋揀,我問可唔可以坐卡位(我哋拎住好多嘢)?佢哋都答可以,就帶我哋行去,但啱啱有個男食客坐埋去,佢哋好好咁叫住嗰個男人,話我哋嚟先,咁就俾我哋坐返卡位。坐低後睇menu,我決定要$37.00嘅A5餐,汕頭魚皮餃拼招牌魚片河,飲熱好立克。老公要$36.00嘅A3沙爹牛肉通粉金妹火腿腸仔通粉,想轉公仔麵。但侍應話唔可以轉,可以喺自選早餐喥自由配合。於是老公就直接轉$38.00嘅A4沙爹牛肉公仔麵配香滑炒蛋及法國牛角酥,加$3.00飲凍奶茶。等咗一陣,我嘅嘢到齊,之後老公嘅都陸續到齊,開始食得。魚皮餃有3粒,魚片有兩塊,我俾咗粒魚皮餃我老公食,夾咗啲河粉,佢食咗話河粉幾滑。我食落都係正常嘢,河粉份量重要唔多,魚皮餃同魚片一般啦。而老公嘅呢?見到炒蛋就知唔會好滑,老公就俾咗啲蛋我食,果然唔係嫩滑,不過蛋味濃少少,其餘嘅我都冇食到,而見到個法國牛角酥好細個。

魚皮餃有3粒,魚片有兩塊,我俾咗粒魚皮餃我老公食,夾咗啲河粉,佢食咗話河粉幾滑。我食落都係正常嘢,河粉份量重要唔多,魚皮餃同魚片一般啦。

而老公嘅呢?見到炒蛋就知唔會好滑,老公就俾咗啲蛋我食,果然唔係嫩滑,不過蛋味濃少少,其餘嘅我都冇食到,而見到個法國牛角酥好細個。
