To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時都比較少到藍田，今次過黎做野，外加搵下野食。原來都係連鎖餐廳多既商場。食個午餐，見到肉醬闊麵好吸引，同埋芝士薯條🍟。真心忍唔到。芝士要熱辣辣時食。放耐少少都好快凍左，咁就無咁好味，變得漏左好多。肉醬闊麵不過不失。都係焗芝士，所以都要趁熱食。最吸引嘅竟然係凍檸茶，落咗檸檬原汁的個款凍檸茶。所以會有檸檬味的苦澀味道。呢個係我認為最吸引的地方。係我會再想幫襯嘅其中一個原因。真心檸檬茶係喺我心目中有酸同埋檸檬香味。下次試吓少冰先。
