To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今早9：45分入座,9：54已落單叫了兩個早餐, 一個B餐和一個C餐, 熱飲品很快到, C餐亦於數分數後到, 但那個B餐於10：28分才到, 還要催促兩次, 眼見遲過我們的客人的早餐亦到了, 問店務員, 回覆是我們得兩個人, 什麼意思呀？這句話令我們十分嬲怒, 身為服務員的態度竟是如此, 推卸責任,希望貴店負責人跟進員工的服務態度！！下次不會再光顧, 免得受氣！
