To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇去Yoho,諗住行下,食餐飯,點知中晒伏。入去座咗近門口嘅二人枱,冷氣唔夠,全程要開住把芭蕉扇!兩個人叫咗兩個前菜 (Tuna Tartate, Crispy Shrimp Rice Paper), 一個沙律 (Tuna Salad Bowl)同埋一個意粉 (Black Truffle Spaghetti), 個米紙只食到一大舊菜,有件食唔到蝦,唔知係咪漏咗!個沙律裡面嘅藜麥咸到入唔到口,食物質素令人失望!二人枱都預知放唔到四碟,意粉後叫,但估唔到都係同時上,結果將餐具,杯推到枱邊,手踭要縮起,根本影響用餐,雖然有表示不滿,但個個都時運高,當睇唔到。水亦唔會加,呢啲咁嘅服務,真係冇下次!
