To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔雲南米線越開越多，總有一間在附近，今天來到荃灣綠楊坊這間新開不久的店吃了一碗米線。步入門口即有店員招呼，選好座位，店員送上餐牌熱並熱情地介紹食品。我翻翻餐牌，說了想吃的食物。原本可以掃碼下單，但店員也樂意效勞，為我人手下單，過程很快。我沒有點飲料，只要求要一杯開水，店員也很快送上，還細心叮嚀小心水熱。米線上檯時同樣叮嚀小心熱，這種服務態度令感覺舒服。米線的質量也不錯，我要了兩個配料，炸醬和魚腐，酸辣湯底。湯底不太辣，帶微酸很惹味。湯內配料有芽菜，韮菜、腐皮。米線爽口軟滑，炸醬的肉碎粒粒掛滿醬汁，入口美味。魚腐有口感，煙韌好吃。吃完一碗十分滿足。
