To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天跟好友慶祝生日，朋友選擇了這間餐廳。這晚餐廳人很少，只有四至五台客人。我們坐在窗邊，由6:30pm坐到10pm, 欣賞着窗外的美景，實在很寫意。食物方面，我們沒有點dinner set, 從主餐牌裏點了Buffalo wings，和牛漢堡，和chicken breast pasta。黃和牛漢堡加上姜一起吃味道不錯。可能我怕辣，Buffalo wings對我來說實在太辣了。Pasta味道則太淡。最有驚喜的是甜品，我預先跟餐廳安排了一個生日牌，從餐牌裏點了一件蛋糕。想不到餐廳竟然多送我們幾件甜品，賣相也很吸引。總括而言，這裏的食物一般，但勝在環境一流，服務又好，確實是聊天的好地方。
