To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以後不會再去！今天中午帶住兩個小朋友安排入座，見到有卡位想安排一下，職員問我是否好想坐？並跟我說卡位係兩個人坐一邊的， 於是安排一張出邊兩個位入邊半個位嘅位置給我，我唯有安排兩位小朋友坐在走廊位置，但是後入座嘅客人只是兩個成人也可以坐卡位。不得奇解！就係因為職員安排嘅枱覺得對小朋友有些危險先問可否安排卡位，反正卡位無人坐的， 正正午餐時間明白比較繁忙， 所以先顧及很多熱水熱湯在走廊來往， 有些擔心小朋友。當中送餐也送錯旁邊枱，比錢也更是沒有反應。第一次體驗真是很差。
