To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夜晚book左5:30-7:30呢一節食放題,話到明有兩個鐘頭食嘢,到6:50無啦啦比張單我哋埋單,開頭以為提早半小時溫馨提示我哋,點知之後我出去拎完嘢食返嚟見啲呀姐將我成枱啲餐具杯杯碗碗收得乾乾淨淨,我馬上同果位黑色衫員工講「我哋係食到7:30嘅,點解要收走哂我啲嘢?」佢態度好差咁話「你仲有咩未食完吖?差啲咩吖?係咪要返一套餐具?搵人執俾你!」如果唔係有小朋友在場,我應該會開聲問候呢位黑衫員工。唔係第一次嚟尖沙咀呢間殿大喜屋,但自今次經驗之後,唔會再有下一次,唔會推薦其他人食,一嚟服務差,二嚟食物好一般。比錢買難受。
