To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我平時冇寫食評嘅習慣,但今次真係想表達吓。今次係第二次來食,見上次食過食物質素唔錯,所以再來食。帶位員話最遲8:30入場可以食到10:00。我哋當時8:30入場,正常90分鐘時間係食到10:00的。但何謂食到10:00? 食到9:20,職員開始不停來收枱面嘅嘢,又叫我哋如果要配菜就快d出去夾,於是我就出去夾配菜,但出面嘅配菜已經唔太多,因為都冇refill,所以我只係夾咗少少就返埋位。點知返到埋位一陣,職員又想來執枱,但由於真係冇嘢收,所以果位職員直頭企喺隔離望住等,我望住佢,連隔離枱都望住佢,佢意識到先行開。到9:35左右,又有職員行來,今次係問隔離枱同我哋仲要唔要雪糕,咁即係收啦,所以我行出去拎咗先,出到去其實已經有另一個職員清緊,所以我只拎到雪條。因為枱面仲有肉未整熟,我見佢哋好似趕住收工咁,就拿拿聲整埋佢來食,職員見我食完即刻過來收嘢。收晒嘢之後有好幾個員工仲好開心咁一路傾計,一路慢慢抹枱。我見佢哋咁趕,我哋就即刻走。走果陣係9:50都未夠。俾錢果陣,我屋企人忍唔住講咗一句”無下次”,係經理幫我哋收錢的,經理問我哋點解,我哋講個原因俾佢知,個經理都好好,有同我哋道歉,同埋佢即時

我哋走果陣咁啱有另一枱客一齊走,我聽到佢地都話d員工趕客,好似趕收工咁,我聽到佢哋話其實佢哋都未食完,同埋都唔係第一次咁樣趕客。


總結:其實食物質素真係好好,但對我來講食物幾好食都好,服務差係唔會有下次幫襯的。
