To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

服務差到暈，見阿姐行埋黎就叫佢加滾水，但佢不單沒有幫忙，還要話d客唔開蓋，聽話開左蓋喇，但呢位阿姐就特登先去執左其他已離席的台，才私私然幫手加滾水。另外，停車場$18 一個鐘係要留匙泊貨車位！早茶有d平野，$3.8 燒賣都好抵，其他就麻麻地喇！例如 豬腳薑得2件豬腳，細細碟咁，7個人食就認真唔夠了！筷子隻隻長短不一，同酒樓高級的裝潢格格不入。失望，不會再光顧！
