我哋今次去咗一間好有歷史嘅中菜館食返啲正宗粵菜😉點解會去尖沙咀分店呢⋯⋯💭事緣係因為兩次去上環嗰間都咁啱有人中COVID關門唔開🤣🤣🤣我哋同上環嗰間真係好無緣👉🏼👈🏼突然間諗返起呢一間兩次都去唔到嘅餐廳,就一於試試打電話去Book下枱啦😜我即日下午電話☎️預早Book咗當晚6:30PM😉去到見到佢個生招牌都覺得呢間餐廳好有歷史感😜6:30PM準時上到去,嘩!全場爆滿!有冇咁誇張呀!真係無諗過呢個鐘數竟然已經係爆滿😥😥😥好在有Book枱咋😜✌🏼我覺得呢間餐廳所有職員嘅服務態度都係非常之好👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼佢哋1⃣️唔會催你落單2⃣️俾你慢慢睇餐牌3⃣️又不停幫你斟茶😂😂😂我哋都覺得唔係幾好意思😉😉😉經過一輪討論之後,我哋決定嗌下面呢5⃣️樣嘢食🤨🤨🤨1⃣️燻蛋琥珀合桃👇🏼其實佢嘅燻蛋同平時食出面食嘅糖心蛋都唔係太大分別🧐不過有琥珀合桃點綴下😉但就唔算好脆口,只係中中作品🤨真係識煮呢啲小食嘅老人家(我Uncle🤣)仲整得好食過佢🫣我講真㗎🤨2⃣️干燒明蝦球👇🏼個蝦球好大隻🤩🤩🤩蝦球個汁係好大陣泰式酸辣醬同豆瓣醬嘅混合味道🤣係幾好食,甜酸嘅味道都幾開胃,雖然係咁,但好可惜成碟餸鑊氣欠奉🤨側邊嘅西蘭花都比較硬😅😅😅好似真係擺
我覺得呢間餐廳所有職員嘅服務態度都係非常之好👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼佢哋1⃣️唔會催你落單2⃣️俾你慢慢睇餐牌3⃣️又不停幫你斟茶😂😂😂我哋都覺得唔係幾好意思😉😉😉經過一輪討論之後,我哋決定嗌下面呢5⃣️樣嘢食🤨🤨🤨

其實佢嘅燻蛋同平時食出面食嘅糖心蛋都唔係太大分別🧐不過有琥珀合桃點綴下😉但就唔算好脆口,只係中中作品🤨真係識煮呢啲小食嘅老人家(我Uncle🤣)仲整得好食過佢🫣我講真㗎🤨
2⃣️干燒明蝦球👇🏼
個蝦球好大隻🤩🤩🤩蝦球個汁係好大陣泰式酸辣醬同豆瓣醬嘅混合味道🤣係幾好食,甜酸嘅味道都幾開胃,雖然係咁,但好可惜成碟餸鑊氣欠奉🤨側邊嘅西蘭花都比較硬😅😅😅好似真係擺喺高湯裏面烚佢幾下就算😩😩😩唉⋯⋯個西蘭花真係完全扣晒分😣$298嘅一碟餸,我真係俾佢唔合格!
3⃣️擔擔麵👇🏼
佢好好咁分開咗兩份俾我哋,每一份仲要都係好靚好精緻嘅擺盤👍🏼呢個讚👍🏼我覺得呢碗擔擔麵都OK嘅,但花生醬唔夠多🥲🥲🥲所以唔香😥😥😥麵嘅質感都係正常啦,同埋個湯再辣啲就仲好😜😜😜呢個係成晚唯一一個比較OK嘅嘢食😅
4⃣️楊州炒飯👇🏼
冇咩鑊氣嘅楊州炒飯,雖然佢唔貴但唔值得嗌,茶餐廳或者大排檔仲好食過佢😓😓😓
5⃣️酒釀丸子👇🏼
都係令到我有啲失望嘅甜品,因為佢無桂花味,係一啲都無😣只得個酸味😟😟😟啲小丸子質感又唔夠鬆,唔好食🤨🤨🤨大家唔駛嗌呢個甜品了😣

總結:成餐飯食咗$750,但係冇一樣係有驚喜😣我諗香港老飯店真係「老」喇,眼見大部份嘅枱都係一啲老一輩嘅食客,或者係熟客😞以餐廳呢個質素,同埋呢一個偏貴嘅價錢,我諗新一代嘅年青人都未必會想去呢個地方度食🤔但係不得不讚嘅係佢哋嘅服務態度係真係一流!我諗餐廳老闆係時候諗吓轉下型啦⋯⋯
