To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實已經去過三次，第一次同屋企人食lunch慶祝生日、第二次同朋友dinner，頭兩次都覺得各方面都不錯，主要係食個view同打咭一流⋯⋯今日經驗相當差，我經網上預約，從來冇提及過只有90分鐘用餐時間，得嗰90分鐘，食到好趕，同朋友傾兩句就要埋單走人！女服務員態度一般，問除tea menu 以外有冇其他選擇⋯⋯佢係用極度不願意既態度去拎第二個menu比我，仲要係掉係檯度，我朋友忍唔住用英文話佢態度差（因為佢講英文）佢仲不斷話no no no，永遠請黑色衫經理級人士幫忙添熱水，都係表示好忙！如果用850蚊坐90分鐘，食物質素一般、服務質又係一般！我唔需要再幫襯。
