Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 事緣一行八人連同小朋友因為親人要坐高鐵先揀呢間添好運,開頭著綠色制服既樓面服務態度都幾好,點知有碟炸両腸粉好耐都未到,去到想追單既時候,有個著白衫既職員一句就話炸両係耐嫁啦,但我當時已經等左大半個鐘,又趕時間咁梗係叫佢一係追單一係取消,點知之後態度仲差,竟然話你係取消就即刻同我去買單,但到最後因為親人心急冇對單就俾咗錢先發現根本無取消,之後白衫職員啲態度都係覺得自己無錯,因為佢聲稱已經幫我哋取消左但最後無做到,之後一句野無講搶左張單搞左10分鐘先拎碟腸粉出嚟!之後一句唔好意思都冇!仲要係我背後話佢自己無做錯!另外收銀員也非常有問題,我反映意見既時候完全好似大家姐咁,完全事不關己,又無話可以取消乜都無回應,乜宜家好客之道原來係咁,仲要係高鐵站係接觸遊客既最前線,唔怪之得冇人留係香港消費!希望有管理層睇到正視下問題!食物入到口不過不失,不過呢2個員工態度簡直係垃圾!
