To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小牛牛跟小小馬來吃連鎖cafe HABITU菜單封面很漂亮 食物種類選擇很多 也有下午茶蛋糕等等 卡邦尼意粉先來個奶油口味的意粉 奶油搭配上軟硬適中的麵條味道很不錯 慢烤豬勒骨豬排煎得偏乾 很厚實但是口味並沒有特別出色===================值得一提的是我們來店裡時只剩2桌有客人但這份豬排是在第一道意粉來之後過了半個多小時還沒出現詢問服務人員後看起來就是落單了 再讓我們等十幾分鐘才上桌這樣的服務真的是讓人心情不好 再好吃的東西也沒辦法補救 更何況也沒很好吃總結而言 服務太差 食物普通 無下次
