Restaurant: Lung Dim Sum (Hennessy Road)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上個月下午兩點幾去食,當時人客唔多已經有好多空位。其實個舖位係好細,一張細細嘅枱要坐四個人。如果兩個人坐仲要有塊板喺中間隔開。其實環境係好狹窄,而且啲凳都好難坐。當時我哋兩個人叫咗七個點心,根本係擺唔落。而我哋隔離嗰兩個位係冇人坐。到後來嗰個夥計好唔情願先至移開中間果塊板。於是我哋將部份點心移過些少去另外嗰張枱度。點知嗰個阿伯夥計居然用手將啲點心撥返過嚟。其實啱啱入去坐低嘅時候,嗰個阿伯夥計都係十問九唔應,態度奇差。其實如果係喺繁忙時間,我哋都可以理解,盡量遷就,佢哋可以做多啲生意。但係嗰段時間,入座率都唔夠50%佢哋咁嘅態度真係無法理解。總括嚟講食物嘅性價比實在唔高。一個點心普通都要四五十蚊。除咗有啲外型吸引,食落去都一般般。我諗一般人去食嘢,除咗考慮食物嘅質素之外,餐廳嘅服務態度都係非常重要。試問有邊個食客鍾意去貼錢買難受???
