To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次寫食評,見到Jackall.wai 4日1前標題為“服務態度差”既食評,確切地講出本人今天2016年12月26日下午2點左右到此店既遭遇。接待安排入座果住肥肥地既女職員,態度真係好有問題,登記安排入座混亂。問多句就鬧人。另外,講返食物質素,不錯,夠熱。可惜被這位登記安排入座既職員完全影響品嚐美食既心情。希望老闆或者管理層留意一下。環境方面,地方整體乾淨,衞生。總結,此店食物質素高而且環境衛生地點方便,理應好評如潮。唯獨有部分職員態度必須改善。
