To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好失望，每隔幾個月都會幫襯一次。之前啲態度都唔係話好，至少唔係差。去完花墟買花，順便又嚟食餃子，今次真係零服務可言，服務員由落單到收錢都全程黑口黑面。隔離枱想拎杯水都勁粗聲粗氣：自己斟。我剔左雙餃，但唔記得剔多款餃，就勁rude 咁講：你要咩雙拼呀？淨係剔一款，係咪即係全部要同一款呀？然後仲要勁不滿咁講：雙拼就剔兩款啦。其實我以為嘅隻拼係一半煎，一半水煮🫣服務態度真係差。而且唔知係咪臨近新年，所以無左下午茶優惠😩而且有，都係平少少，少兩隻餃，其實可能除開無平到💁🏻‍♀️入要洗碗嘅員工又係勁躁咁，係咁聽到勁大聲倒碗聲，洗到發晒脾氣咁😰不過，餃子真係好味😋可以唔好堂食，叫外賣可能好啲。或都叫生餃返去自己煮。
