To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去客家好棧飲下午茶。碗仔翅：好稀，但味道足嘅，亦都有冬菇肉絲呢啲料。以前食過蜆介鯪魚球覺得幾好食。呢個就咁酥炸鯪魚球，有啲普通。仲要稻香有六粒呢度得四粒，明明同一個集團⋯⋯呢個家鄉芋絲煎薄撐嗰邊好脆，係飽肚之選。蘿蔔糕同埋蝦餃，普通稻香有四粒呢度得三粒咋⋯⋯蘿蔔糕味道正常，但係蝦餃有少少怪味，可能唔新鮮。個燒賣好特別，都未見過梅菜鋪面嘅燒賣。我自己覺得味道同普通燒賣一樣，但係同行嘅就覺得好古怪唔好食負評。但值得一讚嘅係員工嘅服務態度好好。全場只有三個樓面一腳踢，但佢哋依然好有禮貌、好熱心、好勤快咁幫每一枱客人。服務態度攞滿分💯。
