To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由入門口到埋單,所有侍應都冇禮貌,冇人開口回應講過一句話,落單,追單,上菜,完全冇人開口回應過。叫埋單等好耐,再叫埋單時,終於換來大聲及不耐煩一句:知道!埋完埋,換另一個侍應單手及頭也不回的遞回信用卡。究竟是培訓出了問題?!還是分鋪經理管理出了事?!咁唔中意份工,不如唔好做。從未遇過態度如此一致差的服務。去過其他地區的glasshouse, 冇遇過咁嘅服務,weekend 一家人出去食飯,諗住開開心心,點知要睇人面色,永不再幫襯太古城店。
