To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

藍田德田商場譚仔三哥分店我和家人想試試最近推出的大dinner二人餐。第一次來落單的時候，店員說沒有飯，遊說我們吃別的，第日再來先吃。Ok fine。我們照舊吃原來餐單上的米線。打算過兩天再來吃。但兩天後，又是同樣問題，沒有飯。店員遊說我們說先吃其他東西，等待現場即時煮飯。這樣得問題連續沒有處理，屢次支持譚仔三哥米線但遭到的是欺騙顧客。這間分店已經經常性出錯單，店員態度惡劣，舉手無視等等。這樣的服務讓我感到不滿，且受到欺騙。其次，那個白肉飯來到的時候，份量極少，與圖片有強烈對比，但店員早前告訴我們是正常量，圖片如下。
