To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

員工沒有禮貌態度惡劣安排位置極差強行分開唔怪得知香港飲食業衰退大型公司也用如此態度對待客人多年客戶 光顧此餐廳數年 並不是第一次光顧尖沙咀分店服務一落千丈連茶餐廳都比不上服務性行業態度不尊重客人基本禮貌也沒有安排失當毫禮貌很後悔，是次家庭聚會安排此餐廳令所有人都很不愉快其實一個經驗的員工也不會如此安排食物質素大大下降刺身唔夠新鮮炸物也不夠脆 不夠熱甜品類別種類過小真心唔會再光顧這個價錢 這樣的服務十分不合理
