To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日大概10:50入去食早餐,呢間餐廳早餐去到11:30am 和正正在我家樓下,所以我就入去; 我一入去就有個侍應生問我幾位,我話一位佢就話搭枱啦,呢個時間大把位都唔知點解要搭枱,我無理佢自己揾位坐,之後申手大概五次叫人落單,但完全無人理我,我等咗十五分鐘都無人,水都無杯,啲人工作態度懶散好慢又唔係忙碌噃,我附近兩張枱叫人都無人落單,跟著好激氣走去收銀問佢哋究竟有無人落單架?係咪做生意架?我就衝門離開去了第二個餐廳食。我諗我唔會再幫親佢,永不錄用。其實,我去食過幾次,講真食物質素都唔係太好,但啲坐位和最初開業嘅服務態度都ok先會去,我試過焗豬排飯和其他飯,啲飯係唔夠熱,焗飯係溫暖無煙的,好明顯唔係焗;我食過拉麵勁咸,我一向食好重味都話咸就真係好x咸,湯飯好咸牛排好似柴,試叫過下午茶又係唔好食,雞翅好似小兒麻痺咁又黑又瘦,翠玉瓜係黑色;重點係佢杯熱奶茶用嘅奶有好怪騷味,好難飲,我好喜歡飲奶茶的,我係會專登為咗杯茶而去食的,但我諗住近我屋企和坐位清潔整齊就入去光顧。我通常去一間餐廳食侍幫親時,坐咗十五分鐘都無人招呼的話,好似食咗玻璃咁做咗透明人,我習慣會即刻走和以後都唔會再幫親佢的。我好睇

我好睇佢哋服務態度的,如果食到咁激氣又咁唔自在客人生意,就算幾好食都好,我都係唔會再光顧佢的。

香港地,大把嘢食,你想食乜都有。我好少好少寫食評,但今天見到佢啲員工的工作爛漫態度,實在阻我時間和令人氣憤,真是不吐不快。
