To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第二次來到海港, 接待的小姐真厲害, 一面拿住電話微信, 另一隻手接照顧客講人數按掣, 跟住指指手叫人取票。上次中午茶市, 人多等我預咗, 3個人大約等咗差不多一個鐘, 到現時係識人有著數, 或者大大聲就會有位。這點真係令我十分不滿。剛昨晚再到光顧, 整理餐具時, 只係問問有冇匙羹, 那位部長話環保不會給, 客人點湯才跟, 之後話你有須要咪給你。所以全程晩餐係冇用過匙羹。當你係熟客就上甜品, 我呢D客係乜都冇。食物方面都係可以, 可以選擇我想揀另一間
