To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 服務態度真的有待改善早一日打去訂位6:00～7:30，問佢可唔可以改晏小小？佢話：唔可以！時間限定左嘅，6:00～7:30架咋！你cancel booking啦！我話：咁我照6:00～7:30，（心諗遲左黎我7:30交到枱就得啦）到拎枱當晚，門口接待個位光頭先生（一聽語氣就知係電話幫我訂枱個位）我盡趕到去6:22分，佢望住手錶：你book 6點架喎！我當你no show架啦。佢個個眼神同語氣唔知以為係我打佢工返工遲到呀！嚇得我呀。。。原來佢本booking簿已刪咗我個名！我當下呆左，望入去好多張吉枱喎！於是問佢 咁而家點呀？佢話：你可以食 不過7:45交枱。呀光頭先生，首先你無reconfirm 我黎唔黎，點解會當我no show?況且打俾你訂枱你無同我講遲到幾多分鐘就當no show!你入面大把吉枱 而出面都無人等位，你係唔係要串下我遲到你先開心？知你餐廳做商場優惠好多人幫襯，辛苦嘅話同你公司講，唔洗咁樣幫公司趕客嘅。。。
