To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物水準:65分左右喇,比合格高少少價錢:晚餐食咗一碟炒飯,一個淨墨魚丸,2杯凍飲,散叫要$176,係機場算差不多喇。環境:認真麻麻,唔合格。坐係放(乾淨的)水杯附近的卡位,都聞得到一陣"up"味,即係調位,調位之後明顯睇到梳化隙位有食物殘渣,帶住個小朋友係閹尖D,唯有搵野遮住,當時運高,睇唔到。服務態度:真係想拍枱走人。1.想調位,禮貌上都要通知吓樓面,同個姨姨講想調去另一張枱,佢係聽到我哋講野,個款又好似想問下人先,呆咗差不多一分鐘先俾我哋坐過去,奇奇怪怪咁。2.落單,哥哥仔落單準確無問題,想問佢拎隻小朋友匙更,佢話得一個size,可以俾多一隻匙更...... 仲話香港機場有幾好,仲話係國際大都會,一啲都唔方便,難道翠華無諗住做小朋友生意? 咁我就問佢拎咗茶匙(証明哥哥唔夠細心轉數唔夠快,咁都諗唔到),佢無答我好唔好就走咗去拎,我都未講完,我仲想要杯熱水,所以佢行完拎茶匙又行多一轉拎熱水,當然係黑住面咁拎,放係杯面就走咗去。3.改單,原本叫咗杯凍檸茶,想改做凍華田,咁又揮手叫人,哥哥2號係我哋張枱後面再隔多一張枱,佢係見到我哋,亦都係問我哋咩事,不過就唔諗住行過黎,我朋友就同佢

4.上菜,各位上菜既侍應都好一致,放低就走,8笑容,唔會同你講係咩,唔會問係邊位,更加唔會講請多謝晒,慢用之類。
